Privacy Policy
Last updated June 14, 2026
Your privacy is foundational to telemedicine, and Telegenix is committed to handling your information with the care it deserves. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to telegenix.com, the patient portal, and every customer touchpoint operated by Telegenix Health, Inc.
WHAT WE COLLECT
We collect information you provide directly: name, email, phone, date of birth, billing and shipping address, payment information (tokenized — Telegenix never stores raw card numbers), intake quiz answers, medical history, lab results, prescriptions, secure messages, and any uploads you choose to share with the care team.
We also collect technical information automatically: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and aggregate usage patterns. We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and improve the product.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use your information to provide care: route your file to a licensed physician, fulfill prescriptions, deliver lab results, schedule follow-ups, and contact you about your treatment. We use technical information to operate, secure, and improve the platform.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your protected health information for marketing purposes. We do not allow advertising networks to use your medical data.
WHEN WE SHARE INFORMATION
We share information only with parties who help us deliver care: our licensed physicians, our partner pharmacy for prescription fulfillment, our lab vendor for testing, our payment processor, our email provider for transactional communications, and our hosting infrastructure. Each receives the minimum information necessary to do its job and is bound by confidentiality and HIPAA Business Associate obligations where applicable.
We may also share information when required by law, in response to a valid legal process, or to protect the safety of patients, staff, or the public.
YOUR CHOICES
You can review and update your profile, address book, and saved payment methods at any time from the patient portal. You can request a copy of your medical record, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or close your account by contacting support@telegenix.com. Closing an account does not erase records we are required to retain by federal medical recordkeeping law.
DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY
We retain medical records for the period required by applicable state and federal law. We protect data in transit with TLS 1.2 or higher and at rest with industry-standard encryption. We restrict access to the minimum set of staff necessary to provide care.
CHILDREN
Telegenix is not intended for, and does not knowingly collect information from, children under 18.
CALIFORNIA, COLORADO, AND OTHER STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws have rights to access, delete, and correct personal information, and to limit sensitive data processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@telegenix.com from the email address associated with your account.
