Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident with your decision to start care at Telegenix. This Refund Policy explains what is and is not refundable, the windows that apply, and how to request a refund. 90-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE If you complete a full month of the prescribed protocol, follow the dosing schedule, and do not feel measurable improvement, contact our care team within 90 days of your first prescription fill. After we confirm adherence and rule out reversible causes, we will refund the medication portion of your most recent paid month. Lab kits, consultation fees, and shipping remain non-refundable under the guarantee. MEDICATIONS — RETURNS For safety and regulatory reasons, dispensed prescription medications cannot be returned once they leave the pharmacy. Federal and state law prohibits the resale of returned prescription medication. Unfilled or undelivered orders that have not yet shipped may be cancelled for a full refund. SUBSCRIPTIONS — CANCELLATIONS You may cancel a subscription at any time from the patient portal or by emailing support@telegenix.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not pro-rate refunds for the partial month remaining at cancellation. LAB KITS Unopened, factory-sealed lab kits may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price less return shipping. Opened or used kits are not returnable. OVER-THE-COUNTER ITEMS Non-prescription supplements and accessories may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price less original shipping. Items must be unopened and in their original packaging. CONSULTATIONS, LAB ANALYSIS, AND DOCUMENTATION FEES Consultations performed, lab analysis completed, and documentation fees are not refundable. DUPLICATE OR ERRONEOUS CHARGES If you believe you have been charged in error, contact billing@telegenix.com within 60 days of the charge. We will investigate and, where the charge is verified to be erroneous, refund the full amount within 5–7 business days. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND Email support@telegenix.com with your order number, the date of the charge, and a brief explanation. Most eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days; the time required for the funds to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer.
